Neto Coutinho’s journey into the world of fine art began with a pencil and a passion for caricature, a discipline he practiced professionally starting in 2012. It wasn’t until 2018, at the age of 31, that he first picked up a tattoo machine—a “late” start that only fueled a meteoric rise in the industry. Trading the world of satire for the permanence of skin, Neto dedicated himself to the craft with an obsession for technical excellence. After refining his skills through intensive workshops with Brazilian masters like Toni Gomes and Fabricio Galdino, he founded Arcad Tattoo in São Paulo, Brazil. Now, an internationally recognized talent and a regular guest artist across Europe, Neto brings his celebrated Brazilian precision and high-level artistry to the Inked team.

Specializing in Black & Grey Realism with a focus on expressive portraits, Neto views the skin as a medium for storytelling. His work is defined by a philosophy of longevity; he prioritizes “the heal,” ensuring every piece maintains its visual impact and anatomical harmony as it ages. Neto is particularly renowned for his award-winning compositions, having earned the prestigious “Crystal Needle” at the Icons & Prodigies convention in Venice.
